Become a Member
Your Rawlins Library card is FREE when you live in the City of Pierre, the City of Fort Pierre, Hughes County or Stanley County.
Patrons residing out of these areas pay a $15/yr fee for a family card.
To obtain a card, come to the Library, provide proof of residency, a photo ID and complete a short application.
A parent or legal guardian must authorize the application for a minor.
